
This huge biface is a replica of a Duck River sword. This blade is hand knapped from black and red obsidian and measures 14 3/8"L. The Duck River Cache is considered some of the finest examples of flint knapping in the world. Discovered in the late 1880's in Humphrey Tennessee the Duck River Cach comprised of ceremonial swords and other rare forms and is considered by many to be the greatest single archaeological find ever made in the United States.
